The INFERRED FROM relationship is mapped to the entryRelationship with typeCode=SPRT, and the IMAGE observation is mapped to a CDA SOP Instance Observation entry subsidiary to its parent CDA Coded Observation or Quantity Measurement entry. This entryRelationship is shown in the Coded Observation and Quantity Measurement CDA Templates.
