T-127EC assumes correspondence between equine hindfoot and human navicular, and T-12450 the equine forefoot navicular and human scaphoid (distal sesamoid).
T-11096 is used for the hock joint.
In a prior version of this table, the code T-D8300 was used for T-15430. Although there is minimal possibility of misinterpretation with SOP Instances that may include the deprecated use, receiving applications should be aware of this change; see Annex J.
